My Week #10 (6th – 12th Mar)

Hey Everyone,

As I don’t really want to replicate content again on my site. I made a post on Tuesday about something I was taking part in called the Experimental Geek challenge. Both my spreads for the Domino and Mini Happy Planner are both within that post.

You can find this post here.

My Week #9 (Feb 27th – Mar 5th)

Hey Everyone,

For my decor this week I am using a kit which I received from UglyBugPlans as I was the 666th customer and got the kit as a reward.

The kit was something which I would have bought anyway because’s only a Super’freakin’natural kit!  That’s right..a kit for my favourite programme.

I also got the matching magnetic clips to go with it which I am extremely grateful for.

The kit is as always extremely good quality, I’m not a stranger to Michelle’s products having been on her design team previously.
My Mini HP:)

My Domino soft blog planner.

There are loads of stickers left which I am saving to use in the Uglydori I ordered and cannot wait to arrive!

For more of Michelle’s products visit her shop linked above.

In my new Domino soft (review to come later this week) I have used this beautiful kit Snow White kit from Vintage Rose Studios

So that’s everything 🙂

Mini Happy Planner Review

Hey Everyone,

I have previously mentioned that I purchased the Mini Happy Planner when I was discussing my 2017 set-up however I had only just got it so couldn’t comment much on it’s use.

However since then I have used it a lot. It has now become my primary planner.

It is incredibly light weight which surprised me and it has loads of room to write it.

Each month has a monthly overview and a ‘bits and bobs’ page where you can set your monthly goals, events, important dates etc.

I love the cover that I purchased with it, it’s the perfect size and has some useful pockets to be used.

Below you can see all the pictures:)

Do you have a Mini Happy Planner?  How do you use it?

Planner Girls Collective: My 2017 Planner Set-Up

Hey Everyone,
Happy New Year and Welcome to a fresh series of Planner Girls Collective (formally Confessions Of A Plannerholic) posts.

A new year signifies for me a new planner set-up.

Over the last 12 months I’ve finally realised what works for me and what doesn’t.

No matter how much I want many pretty and colourful spreads, I am more of a functional planner. I have managed to find a nice compromise that suits my needs for pretty decor vs function.

My Handbag planner will be my Pursedori. I used this for the last 3 months of 2016 and found it to suit my needs perfectly.

In this I have a blank page notebook, cardboard folder and a week on one page diary.

It’s the perfect size for popping in my bag and the popper front means it’s easy to use.

My Blog planner is the Hobbycraft Geometric planner. This has a totally different layout to any other planner I’ve used but I’m really liking the style. As the pages are decorated I can just get on with planning. My blog is probably what takes up the majority of my time even compared to my business. It also requires the most planning.

My business planner is the Heidi Swapp planner. I don’t use this often given that the majority of my time is spent waiting for goods to arrive. But it is still a necessity to plan everything I need, invoices, bills etc.
The size of this is perfect. I was going to use another planner to start with but this has nice big pockets and because I don’t need to utilise it as much as my other two planners I can decorate this much more.

My Book Journal, last year I was using the Nordic Nights ringbound from Paperchase but this year I am using a beautiful Harry Potter Hardback notebook I had received for Christmas.

My Creative Journal is still my mint Webster’s Pages Traveler’s Notebook. Nothing has changed with this one.

I am also going to use the WHSmith Rose Gold Moderna planner for household things such as storing important letters, bills, information etc.

My Go-To Everyday planner is my brand new and adored Mini Happy Planner with it’s gold cover.

Thanks for reading and please feel free to drop me a comment or link to a post showing your 2017 set up.

My Week #2 (9th-15th Jan)

Hey Everyone,

This is my first ‘my week’ decor post of 2017.

For this week I have used the beautiful Blake kit from Vintagerosestudios that I received in my design team package.

I really like the colours in this kit. The black and the pink really pop.

I have decorated the Mini Happy Planner and my Heidi Swapp work planner with them as you can see below.

Don’t forget that you can use the code Emma15 for 15% off £10.

The stickers are extremely good quality and the colours are perfectly vivid 🙂
